Location: best possible, just off the center and metro to ulu cami or big mosque to city center. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a cubical shrine. Nice bed in the double room, plus a mini bar, central heating, and multi-channel TV. Really good facilities...

Spending Xmas time in this hotel was a great experience. the decoration was so cozy and festive. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of local delicacies and hot drinks to warm up. One of the best things was being able to easily walk to the city's main attractions, and having a metro station and bus stop close by made exploring Bursa convenient.
The room could have been cozier, as it was a bit cold and austere. the garbage was not collected daily, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel was a unique experience as it resembled a traditional Turkish house. It had a charm to it that made my stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, as it was located in the heart of the city and near public transport. , the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was not in good condition. I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the outside and the squeaky beds.
